You can book an appointment online with the therapist of your choice or in the discipline of your choice by creating a profile via our Jane appointment platform.

You can modify your appointments via your online account on our appointment platform. You can also reach your therapist by e-mail or leave us a message at the center. We require 24 hours' notice to cancel your appointment in order to offer your time slot to a client on our waiting list. Otherwise, you will be charged a late cancellation or no-show fee.

You will receive a receipt for the services rendered, along with information about the professional you have met.

We now offer physiotherapy services to car accident victims who are eligible for compensation for physiotherapy treatments. However, before starting physiotherapy treatment, your SAAQ agent must have authorized the treatments reimbursement. To do so, you must have the doctor's prescription for physiotherapy, and a request must be made to the SAAQ.

Contact us and we will initiate the process. The SAAQ reimburses only part of the cost of physiotherapy treatment. The balance must be paid in-clinic by the user. You will receive a physiotherapy receipt.

All clients are required to pay the full invoice for their services, and a receipt will be sent to you to file your insurance claim if this is the case.

We recommend that you bring a pair of shorts, a camisole or a sports shirt, depending on your condition, so that the treated area is well exposed. If you have a training session or group class, you should be dressed in sportswear with sports shoes.

Your healthcare professional will discuss with you the best treatment plan for your condition.

We are a private center. Each client must pay for the services received and is responsible for making claims with third-party payers. We are not responsible for any refusals to reimburse you.

We're located on the first floor, so you won't have to go up or down any stairs. Just let us know and we'll be happy to help you when you arrive at the clinic.

No. All our services are direct access. You don't need a doctor's prescription to get an appointment. However, if your doctor refers you to us, please bring your prescription or any other relevant document to give us the information we need to complete your file.
