Mobility Classes

Axxeleration Physio+ offers everyone the opportunity to sign up for our mobility classes. These classes are designed to encourage you to move every joint in your body, stretch your muscles and optimize your overall mobility. 

If you’ve been sitting in front of your computer all day or find that your movements are stiff when practicing your sport, this class is for you. We’ll make sure that everyone respects their limits, and we’ll support you as you progress towards greater mobility.

Goal: Mobilization, activation and control of movement from head to toe. Progression over 6 weeks. For all types of customer, especially you!
