Sara-Beth graduated from Concordia University in 2022 with a Bachelor's degree in Athletic Therapy. During her training, she gained hands-on experience with athletes of all ages and from a variety of sports, with a particular focus on soccer and field hockey.
She currently works at Collège Jean-de-Brébeuf as an athletic therapist, covering the college and high school field hockey, rugby and lacrosse teams throughout their respective seasons.
Her passion for athletic therapy stems from her own experience as an athlete. She played several sports, including competitive swimming, softball and varsity cheerleading. An injury during her athletic career led her to attend a rehabilitation clinic, where she discovered her deep interest in the process of healing and returning to play.
