Charles Miller is a mental performance consultant (MPC) under the Canadian Sport Psychology Association (CSPA).
Before becoming an MPC, he played competitive basketball for almost 20 years as he performed at many levels in several countries. He has competed in cegep, in a prep school in Ohio, in an NCAA DII in Iowa, at the USPORTS level in Montreal and as a professional athlete in the UK. Sports which is when he complete his education in psychology as he finished his bachelor’s degree in 2019 at UQAM and his master’s degree in sport psychology at Nottingham Trent University in the UK in 2020.
His interest for mental performance grew drastically during the pandemic and he wanted to work in a field where he could make a difference in an athlete’s journey. Over the last 2 years, he has been able to work with hundreds of athletes, teams, organizations, academies, and schools. His approach focuses on goal-setting, self-control, discipline, preparation, and consistency.
He is extremely happy to be joining the Axxeleration team. He is grateful and excited for this journey alongside sports professionals.

The healthcare professionals at Axxeleration Physio+ are joining forces to offer topics on women’s heath related to perimenopause and menopause on Saturday, May 10th.
The Topics will be presented by our team, which includes a nutritionist, a perineal rehabilitation physiotherapist, a chiropractor, an osteopath and an acupuncturist.
Tickets are 25$ and the profit will go to l’hébergement la passerelle at Vaudreuil.
