Marie-Claire Garneau is a clinical dietitian-nutritionist, graduated from Laval University. She is currently pursuing graduate studies at the School of Public Health at the University of Montreal. Marie-Claire began her career as a consulting dietitian in private practice while also engaging in activities to promote healthy eating (books, healthy cooking classes, writing public articles, etc.).
She continued her career in the biopharmaceutical industry, where she developed expertise in various therapeutic areas, including chronic diseases, cardiology and neurosciences.
In clinical settings, Marie-Claire works with clients of all ages, whether or not they have health issues or special needs. She has a particular interest in nutrition and women's health, from puberty to menopause, and she favors an inclusive and non-stigmatizing approach to weight. The joy of eating and the power of food are at the heart of her approach.
