In love with food since 1992, Nicolas aspired to become a chef. Crafting his first cookbook in high school, he realizes that what he enjoys more so than cooking is understanding how to use foods to their full potential.
After a bachelor’s degree in nutrition, a masters, and spending two years in a doctoral program, he starts his private nutrition practice to help all types of clients, whether they aim to improve their relationship with food or to win an ultramarathon. He also supervises nutrition students at Université de Montréal, contributing to a top-of-the-line next generation of dietitians. On the side, Nicolas hosts the Télé-Québec podcast "Adonis dans les Vestiaires" and engages a community eager for information presented in a fun way on his social platforms. His brand-new book, "Recettes Véganes pour Gens Actifs" combines his sports nutrition advice with specialized recipes for the active food enthusiast.
Despite his countless projects, Nicolas remains as passionate about food as ever.
