Paule graduated from University of Ottawa in 2007 with a B.Sc. in Physiotherapy, followed by a Graduate Diploma in Advanced Professional Studies (Doctoral Level) in Advanced neuromusculoskeletal Physiotherapy from Université de Montréal in 2002.
She worked with a varied musculoskeletal clientele, with a more specific expertise in sports physiotherapy and a marked interest for the management of concussions. With her Certification in Sport Physiotherapy (Sport Physio Canada) and her Diploma of Sport Physical Therapies (International Olympic Committee), she has a lot of experience collaborating with high level sports teams and athletes (football, freestyle ski, flag football, hockey, etc.).
In addition to manual therapy and dry needling, she makes sure to use an active approach with her patients to optimize their return to their activities. Vestibular reeducation (treatment of vertigo, dizziness and balance issues) is also part of her toolkit.
